IMPORTANT: Check-in is free of charge Monday through Saturday from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM. After 7:30 PM, as well as on Sundays and holidays, a fee of €30 will be charged when you pick up your keys. Outside these hours, keys will only be handed over to guests who have completed online check-in (otherwise, they will be considered a no-show) and will be charged the full amount of the stay. Please note that last-minute reservations may experience a delay of up to 2 hours at check-in (until 7:00 PM). Guests must present the credit card used to make the reservation upon arrival. If you are not the cardholder of the credit card used for the reservation, please contact the property in advance. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Location

Would have scored excellent if heating had been working on the other side as Spain was going through chilly period cold without heating but one side was great.

Las visitas y lo cercano a la playa

La recogida de llaves y la entrega de llaves, el lavavajillas tenía platos con moho y las dos mesas del salón también, con la recogida de llaves me preguntan que a qué ora llegaría les digo que a la 12 de la mañana que voy con niños me cometan que vale cuando llego me dice que asta las cinco no me pueden entregar las llaves con una calor impresionante y con los niños cuando el apartamento por lo que nos dijeron los vecinos no había nadie el fin de semana el agua estuvimos cuatro días con una gota para ducharse en fin mi experiencia con esta empresa muy mal

La ubicación

El personal, es informal y mal educados ! No cumplieron ni con las expectativas ni con las condiciones nos han tenido toda la estancia sin aire acondicionado, y su respuesta fue que no habían técnicos los fines de semana cuando el mismo viernes les notificamos y nos mandarían a alguien y nunca llegó nadie
