Montemares Golf Luxury Villas & Apartments at La Manga Club

The hosts found I was lost and dropped me off at the flat. It was very helpful since I had luggage and the flat was a the top of a steep uphill climb.

The beds were somewhat uncomfortable for me. Maybe okay for others. The locks on the sliding glass doors to the pool were challenging

This was our second year staying in the house and it is a great place. We were with a group of 7 playing golf for three days and the house is in a perfect location to have as a base. The pool was incredible, we barbecued 2 nights and the view is great from the patio.

The furniture is a bit dated and so is the kitchen, but for the rest nothing to complain about.

The swimming pool and surrounding was lovely, couldn’t fault it! A lot of people seemed to be using the pool, accessed by the external stairs, who didn’t appear to be staying at the apartments!

Badly need’s modernisation, cracked walls and peeling paint, bathrooms are very outdated, not what you would expect for an apartment in this price range and as stated on previous comments, the mosquitoes were horrendous inside the apartment, we were bitten to death and only after buying a jumbo can of mosquito killer, we had them finally under control at the end of our two weeks holiday!

2 of us came away severely bitten from our last night. It is possible that there were insects in the bed. Very clinical - not very homely Blankets would have been beneficial Welcome pack would have been good

it was clean and tidy, with great views from the spacious balcony

The kitchen equipment was very old and the whole apartment was quite old fashioned.
