It was easy enough to find this unusual complex -a small crescent of classical-style stone buildings with a garden area between the houses and a wire fence. Our flat was at one end, ground floor, with a terrace at the side. Inside was a modern flat, quite spacious, with bedroom with en-suite, lounge/diner and a separate galley kitchen with a hatch opening onto the table, perfect for easy serving of meals. There is a private underground car park but in the off-season it's just as easy to park on the street. There are several bars and shops a short stroll away, and several beaches with information about walks at varying driving distances from Nueva de Llanes
