The location is great and the apartment itself is decent.

The organisation and management (or lack of) was shockingly bad. From the point of booking a few days before the stay, and paying (or so I thought), I was bombarded with emails telling me that I’d later receive an email with the subject line ‘authorisation to charge the reservation’. While many more emails arrived, none came with that subject line. Eventually, I contacted Lightbooking by WhatsApp and they sent me a link to authorise payment. Again, it wasn’t a simple process. On the day of check-in and every day before, I was plagued with emails and WhatsApp’s telling me that check is at 3pm and to complete the online check-in. I was already on holiday and staying in Corralejo during all of this, so I done the online check-in on the morning of the check-in day. That went reasonably smoothly and I was then sent the apartment access details by WhatsApp. On arrival at the apartment at 3pm, I took the key from the lock box and entered the apartment. To my surprise and disappointment, it hadn’t been cleaned after the previous customers. I contacted Lightbooking on WhatsApp and they eventually said they’d contact the cleaning team. I really wanted to leave my stuff in the room and go to the beach as the weather was glorious. Unfortunately I missed out on that late afternoon sunshine. I could go on, but to cut the story short, the apartment was finally cleaned at 4.40pm, which is totally unacceptable. Would I stay here again? No way. The lack of organisation was deplorable.

Apartment location was brilliant sea view from balcony to die for.

Sofa was a Sofa bed which was not the most comfortable when used as a sofa however we did not use as a bed so can't say how comfortable it is as a bed.

Nearly everything about the apartment was lovely. The view of the beach and sea was perfect - the apartment complex is on the beach. Our apartment had a cooker, microwave and a fridge freezer with lots of cutlery, plates, saucepans etc. My only 2 issues are that the bed in the photo is a double but it's actually 2 singles that we pushed together so all the bedding is for single beds and the last moan is the swimming pool was empty which didn't really matter as the sea was only 100 metres away. Watching the sunset from the balcony was wonderful. We would stay again 😃

The advertising photo shows a double bed but there are 2 single beds. Empty swimming pool and lots of little black bugs everywhere in the apartment.

The location was fabulous and the apartment was in a nice quiet residential plot on the 1st floor.

The single beds (not a double) was super hard and there were only 3 pillows, we needed at least 1 more. The sofa bed desperately needs cushions.and there were no condiments! Also the bathroom could do with modernising.

Right by the beach. Amazing views! Nice kitchen. Comfy beds. Very clean. Shower over the bath was good. Balcony had a fair amount of sun on it at this time of year. We would definitely stay again!

No bedside cabinets or sockets to charge phones beside the beds. Bath could do with new sealer around it. There are pools below the balcony, but they look like they've been empty for a while, however, the sea is right in front of you! We would definitely stay again though!
