Apartamento amplio. Es un 1° sin ascensor Parking

Ha sido muy cómodo. Un lugar tranquilo y agradable para pasarlo en familia. Muy amplio y comodo Lo volvería a repetir. El anfitrión muy amable.

Great location, comfortable property, super friendly host, easy to deal with.

We were four friends on a climbing trip. The location was perfect, not in the city center but also not far from it, less than 15min walking or 3 mins by car, it's the same distance as from the climbers hostel. The apartment has a balcony with a great view of Chulilla and its surroundings, nice and spacious living room, equipped kitchen, big bathroom; the rooms were big enough to accommodate us and give us privacy. The place has parking slot. Wifi is fast enough for working.

Location close to the climbing crag of Chulilla, one parking spot in front of the building, other parking spots are close by, spacious apartment for 6 people, fast WiFi, convenient access with the lock box, friendly and responsive host.

The smell of smoking each time we entered the apartment, was a bit cold but we could kind of heat it up with the AC and a portable radiator, wasn't really clean when we arrived (dirty floor and dishes), we had problems with the power fuses that disconnected the power a few times and we stayed in a different (but similar) apartment than the one in the photos. Other than that, it's an ok place for the location and the price.
