The bathroom water adjustment valve needs replacing. You can scald yourself easily.

"I would be back after renovation and some more service!"

Location is perfect, no doubt, close to everything, the windows are pretty well isolated, so the noise from partypeople that pass your bedroomwindow or deliverytrucks outside do not really disturb. The private Patio is a plus. The beds were pretty comfortable, soft mattresses are not too common, soft but not worn out. Lots of kitchen equipment, Air condition works well

The general condition of the appartment is not really great, the walls need painting, the floortiles in the bathroom are loose, so is the toilet itself. Disappointing was the supply of 2 towels per Person (we stayed 22 nights!), no extra bedlinen. When we asked for it the answer was simply NO. Also no "midterm" clean or change of the bedlinen. This was totally out of discussion, I am not spoiled, but we paid around 4.000Eur for 3 weeks, but hey.... oh yes, if you like pets, you will enjoy the home-alone dog above you barking non-stop 2 to 6 many days per week, you better go to the beach, lol
