Great location, good size, nice and clean.

It was all excellent, only comment would be that we only got one door key, two would have be handy but other than that it was perfect.

I could not fault the property at all. Absolute beautiful location, been to Puerto Pollensa many times, best apartment yet.

Location is ideal on the Pinewalk beach, quiet and relaxing but with many restaurants adjacent. The view is exceptional. The apartment is well equipped with appliances. Each room as it's own bathroom.

The apartment could be fitted out and managed to a higher standard. The furnishings are not as good as the apartment. The beds are the most basic, and the lounge sofas and chairs too are not very comfortable. There were no guest consumable packs (soaps, bin liners, detergents, etc) in the kitchen or bathrooms, so we had to buy all the basics. There was only 1 hanger in the twin room wardrobe. The balcony floor was not cleaned for our arrival.

The rental agency is down the same road so easy pick up, it would have been nicer to have a key box at the property but wasn’t a big deal

Only thing we were short of few kitchen utensils and bowls when cooking etc but nothing major

The space and location were superb. Bright and spacious. A fabulous balcony for enjoying your morning coffee or family meals. Comfortable beds. Quiet and peaceful.

It was a little disappointing to arrive to zero household items in the property inc Hand soap, cleaning cloths/spray or basic kitchen items such as salt/pepper/cooking oil/foil. The kitchen could have benefited from more cups, mugs and glasses. There was a terrible drain smell that we reported too. Apparently due to the weather / tide changes but we’ve never had this in accommodation in Pollensa in the past. It did subside after a few days. We also had to request a dustpan, brush and mop as the floors were dirty on arrival and no facility to brush the tile floors or the balconies. Paula was very good at responding to messages and even came to see us to discuss the points we had raised.

This appartment was brilliant. The location was superb. Very clean and spacious It had everything that you could need. the AC workred very well . We had a couple of tiny errors . One was a light not working and also a tiny leak in shower door. This was fixed immediatlty, Paula who was the host was the best we have had

maybe a few shelves in the small bedroom , and a brighter light on the terrace

This place is absolutely great, 100% recommend: Perfect location, spectacular views, spacious apartment, great value for money, very clean, beds very comfortable, communication with host was perfect! There is a lift on the outside of the apartment and upper level access that my elderly grandmother used rather than the stairs.

It was a great stay, but a few small issues encountered: Amenities such as washing up liquid/bin bags/hand soap weren’t provided. Another small problem was the water temperature - we had to stagger showers in the evening to avoid running out of hot water. Would also recommend a ‘guest book’ for guests to write about their experience to help others on arrival.
