Fantasic locatIon, comfortable space in the heart of Madrid. Looked just like pictures. Staff where accommodation. Bed super comfortable, washing machine, enough kitchen tools to actually cook if wanted, but why when there are so many fantastic restaurants at the front door. Lift in building (but not needed too much as on 1st floor) Physical keys are waiting in the flat after remote entry on the first visit. Just want to note about other reviews of low ceilings and tight space in the bathroom - both fine for me ( 5 7" and plus sized) .

The apartment is centrally located and well equipped

Extremely convoluted system to unlock door that doesn't open most times. Have a look at Google reviews. Tons of people left stranded at the door, either waiting for hours or straight up having to find another hotel. Don't risk it.

I had a problem getting the app key going on arrival. The staff were amazing in getting this sorted. What could have been a worrying situation was made easy by them.

The wifi code provided, plus on the wall instruction was not right. I had to find the wifi unit and locate detail on this. The hosts also very quickly sent me the correct detail, but disappointing that the online app info was wrong.

Great location to visit the city, we parked the car and forgot it. Lot of nice restaurants and tapas bar in the area. Kitchen is well furnished.

Not so clean. Ceiling is very low. There is an espresso machine but no pods are provided

The link provided by the company to send our personal information did not work for us even after trying to access it several times and from different devices. We called the contact phone number with no response, after texting back and forth and sending a picture of the documents we got the issue solved.

The place is not appropriate for tall or big people. There are several very low beams (my 6.2 feet husband has many bruises to show), there are only 26 inches between the wall and the shower, the toilet is in that small space, a person needs to maneuver entering the toilet and there are also low ceilings above the toilet. The street has restaurants on both sides which makes it a noisy place until their closing at 12.30 AM.

Very central and easy to walk everywhere

The ceilings were quite low and bathroom space limited, so if you’re very tall it may be a challenge 😂 Overall a great space though!
