Leuke studio met opklapbed, klein keukentje, badkamer en balkon. 2 minuten van Playa Forti en de gezellige boulevard met cafés en restaurants. Parkeren kan op het parkeerterrein bij Playa de Fora del Forat, aan de noordkant van de boulevard, 10 minuten lopen over de boulevard naar het appartement. Vriendelijke hostess.

De studio ligt op de 2e verdieping en er is geen lift. Verder waren er werkzaamheden in de straat, maar dat is van voorbijgaande aard. De afvoer van de wc, douche en wastafel maakt veel geluid, is een soort sanibroyeur.
