Great location, very quiet. Literally five minutes from the bus station and twenty minutes from the waterfront. Easy to follow directions from the owner and simple check-in. Very spacious apartment with a nice private terrace to enjoy. Well furnished, spotlessly clean and everything you could possibly need including cooking and laundry facilities. Perfect in every way.

Excellent communication with owner, directions given faultless. Location amazing (perhaps not so for someone with reduced mobility). The property had everything you needed and more (loved the kettle, sourcing one). Loved that it had parking. The local bar across the square definitely worth mentioning.

Very clean and very well equipped. Very comfortable. Great location for exploring Cartegena. Communication with the host was exceptional.

Everything was good

Everything about this apartment is fantastic. Getting there - finding locations in Spain can be very tricky. Prior to arrival, the owner sent detailed directions, including photos of street signs and landmarks. Finding the apartment was very easy. Checking in - this is a self check in accommodation. Detailed check-in instructions were provided and the process was very easy. Parking - parking is underground, within the same building. Detailed instructions were provided and the assigned parking space is last and just steps to the elevator that takes you right to the door of the apartment unit. Location - perfect location. Central to everything. Very quiet street and neighbourhood, yet just steps to main routes, restaurants, and historic sites. Accommodations - the apartment is fully equipped with everything you could imagine, from kitchenware, cooking utensils, coffee capsules, a full range of spices and olive oil etc. Spacious and comfy interior, with full size dining table, couch and chairs, TV's in living room and master bedroom, a breakfast bar, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Terrace - there is an expansive terrace that wraps around the whole apartment equipped with chairs, a dining table and lounge chairs. The Owner - Robeto was very responsive and helpful in every way. He has provided a guest book with instructions for appliances, electronics, including a PS3, and suggestions for restaurants and activities. Summary - I don't usually write such detailed reviews but this place was so ideal and, having just left there yesterday, I felt it was warranted to give such a stellar and detailed review.

The showers were a bit on the small side. Aside from this...nothing.

Everything was perfect from communicating to property. A home from home.

Beautiful very well equipped penthouse apartment in an excellent location with underground parking. The outside terrace is a real bonus. The owner Roberto was excellent to deal with, check in was very well arranged and Roberto provided great directions including very useful photos of signs to follow and landmarks to look out for.

Some building work and a crane right behind building new apartments, but it didn't affect us too much. The work should be finished in a month or two.
