You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Air conditioning is charged extra at €0,45 per KW when used. Kindly note that 105 KW per week for the air contioning consumption is free.

"A great base for our 3 week stay in Nerja, clean, spacious, lovely balcony and not expensive."

The proximity to the beach and a range of nice bars and restaurants. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Well equipped kitchen. Competitive price.

The street out side could be a little noisy. There were some bins that were emptied every night, in the early hours.

"Lovely stay in Nerja"

There apartment was ideally located, close to the beach, and a short walk from the town. I really appreciated the chair and umbrella for the beach. There was very good communication from the host prior to our visit, and she kindly arranged transfers to and from the airport. Due to the booking calendar, we were allowed to check in early and stay til 12 o'clock the day we were leaving. The apartment was clean, well equipped and reasonably priced for its location. We would happily stay again

"Great apartment in a great area"

Very spacious apartment with two great balconies. Fully equipped kitchen.

There was no air conditioning however there was a fan.
