The apartment is spacious and the location is excellent, in a walking distance of all we planned to visit.

We cooked at home. Dishware was fair enough but improvable.

One of the best stays during our trip to Spain. The place is super clean, close to all attractions. Would love to stay again if we are back to Salamanca.

The apartment is very secure, spacious, clean and very well equipped. The positioning is great for easy, mostly pedestrian, access to all the historical buildings of this beautiful city. There were cafés and restaurants in easy, flat, walking distance and the secure car park space nearby was a real bonus. Once parked we could explore everything on foot.

Unfortunately our first night, a Saturday, seemed to coincide with a lot of entertainment in the area. It was very noisy until around 3am. However the second night, Sunday, was much quieter and we were able to enjoy a very comfortable night’s sleep. If some more noise reduction insulation were possible our stay would have been perfect.

It was dificult to carry our luggage from the parking to the apartment.

The property was very well situated in the downtown area of Salamanca: everything was at walking distance.

It’s cleanliness; although it looked clean at first sight, the apartment was not very clean: the floors were a bit dusty and with hairs all over the place. Some furniture had prints from previous guests.
