Great great great apartment

The location of the property is great if you want to be near the Yumbo Centre, but it’s also far enough away that it’s quiet

The pool area is quite small, but as I was there in January, I wasn’t about to use the pool anyway as it wasn’t warm enough The apartment was not very warm, the Air Con wasn’t working, so a couple of times in the evening when I didn’t go out I had to use a blanket while I sat and watched tv Also you cannot use the drawers in the wardrobe as it doesn’t open and the tap in the bathroom is too strong for the size of sink, so if you use it as normal it soaks you and the floor, definitely something that needs looking into

Second visit this year which would not have happened had I been able to cancel this second stay which I booked before the first stat in Jun without loosing all the money. Pool area closed and pool empty of water. Air conditioning didn't work. Changed the batteries last visit. Accommodation very basic. Two towels for 8 night stay one of which had to be used as a shower mat to prevent water all over the floor. Overrun with ants in kitchen and bathroom. Bedroom more like a cupboard with only 30 cm each side of bed. Only two plates despite many bowls. Food from previous guests left in cupboard, some of which was there when staying in June! For God's sake clear the cupboards. Previous visit had to clean the microwave which had tomato substance boiled all over Furniture rather shabby. Old sofa and patio set for dining table. The TV did work so not all bad. Think carefully about a stay here. No balcony and so no outside space at all.

The apartment is clean, modern and perfectly located. Communication about checking in from the host was excellent and made things extremely clear. Everything you could ask for in a holiday let is in this apartment. We loved our stay here and as we come back to Gran Canaria every year, we will definitely be returning. Thank you for everything.

Everything was just perfect. Very nice and comfortable apartment, perfect location, very discreet owner, low noise from the street, everything very clean, comfortable bed, good mattress, divers blankets and other bedspreads etc.

As I already said, everything was just perfect. Maybe no street noise at all, but the level of noise was still ok.

Amazing facilities super fast wifi and convenient location. Also accommodating with late check-out.. Thank you!
