Apartamento-estudio Corazón de Alicante

The apartment was spacious, has basic amenities. The location is central, thus easy to stroll around. Easy check in and check out. We we're given consideration for checking in early. Thank you.

The shower area was very slippery. Risky for adults and especially kids. The cutlery has dried food on them. The frying pan's non stick coating is peeling off. Please replace (non stick coating is toxic plastic). Because we have a habit of checking, there are plenty of expired food items and ingredients in the pantry ( soy sauce bottle over 3 years expired!)

l'appartement est vraiment top, avec une grande salle de bain (très appréciable) et une pièce à vivre de bonne taille. Nous avons été très bien accueilli et à l'heure voulu. L'appartement est situé dans un bel immeuble et dans un quartier animé, mais.....

L'appartement est situé dans un quartier animé, ce qui peut être un avantage... Mais trop d'animation la nuit est vraiment très dérangeant (nous avons été obligé d'acheter des boules Quies pour pouvoir dormir), notamment le vendredi et le samedi avec une boite de nuit à 30 mètres. Difficile de se reposer dans ces conditions. C'est vraiment dommage parce que tout était réuni pour passer un excellent séjour.

Apartament is very clean, modern and the kitchen is equipped with necessary stuff. The mattress was very comfortable, the bed linen from cotton (only on the bed). Hostess was waiting us till 21:50 and showed parking place (it's a few min walking). In the fridge was a big bottle of water. Also, where 3 capsules of coffee. It was pleasant. To the main big street is a few minutes of walk, to the beach 5 min. Markets are located in 7-10 min of walking. Restaurants are close to the apartment. The building has elevator and entrance is locked.

It was very noisy from the evening till 1 a.m for sure and early mornings as well. A lot of restaurants are close to the building, some drunk people talked to loudly under the windows, in the mornings was some building construction. Even your windows are close (note you have a conditioner for 10 € per night extra), constant noise prevents sleeping. The double bed is 140 cm in width, for two adults (and we both are thiny 😀) is not comfortable. Pillows are firmed (for us and it is individually, of course). Sofa was comfortable, however the bed linen are from polyester and in summer hot time it is uncomfortable to sleep on it. Our small child was sweaty. Only on "double" bed was cotton linen. So, if you are not bothered by noise and you like watching neighbor' life and they are watching you (our windows were overlooking the neighbors house...just 1,5-2 m) - you are welcome 🤗 Of course, you can put shutters down.

Que no estaba bien especificado el cobro del aire acondicionado, y estaría bueno q lo incluyan en el precio.

Voor het gebruik van de airco moest apart betaald worden per dag 6 euro dat was bij mij niet bekend kon de info nergens vinden hierover
