L'appartement est vraiment beau, la vue est juste époustouflante (sur la basilique du Pilar et une tour-clocher classée à l'UNESCO), les lits très confortables et c'est très propre. En plus, le propriétaire est particulièrement accueillant. Il nous a reçus, nous a accompagnés au parking et après nous avoir fait visiter l'appartement, il nous a donné des cartes avec des conseils de visites et de restaurants. En somme, je conseille vivement ce logement.

Gefährliche Gegend & unhygienisches Apartment – unseriöser Vermieter! Keine Quittung für Kaution oder Garage, alles Vorkasse. Vermieter spricht nur Spanisch. Umgebung heruntergekommen, abends aggressive Jugendgruppen, ständige Polizeipräsenz. Am 1. Abend (20:30 Uhr) wurden Tochter und Mann beim Gassigehen mit einer Bierflasche beworfen – nur knapp verfehlt. Aus Sicherheitsgründen am nächsten Morgen abgereist. Garage liegt in fremdem Haus, ohne Zugang zur Unterkunft. Apartment: Bett voller Haare, fleckige Kissen, insgesamt ungepflegt und eklig. Kein Balkon, nur Stühle am Fenster. Vermieter: nur per WhatsApp, null Verständnis, nur vier Feuer-Emojis zum Vorfall! Unterkunft sofort wieder online. Nach Rückforderung (350 €) frei erfundene Behauptungen, die nachweislich falsch sind – alles dokumentiert. Zwei Wochen später Fake-Apart. über Booking – nicht kostenlos!

"Precioso apartamento luminoso y totalmente reformado"

Nos gustó el apartamento, su luz, sus vistas. Se nota que el propietario quiere que los huéspedes estén agusto y no les falte de nada. A diferencia de otros apartamentos el trato con el propietario es directo y cercano. De hecho nos dejó su tarjeta del tranvía;-)

Es una pena que sólo tenga un cuarto de baño cuando tiene tamaño para 4 personas o mas. Es un piso antiguo con una insonorización no muy buena. Aunq está totalmente nuevo.
