The apartment was very clean, very spacious, located in an easy to reach area, not too central, but close enough to get to the center quickly with the metro. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathroom was clean and tidy.

Unfortunately we had some issues with the hot water, it just wouldn't run. We contacted the host, they explained a trick with the boiler, however we found that it didn't work consistently. What we discovered was that the spark in the boiler wasn't triggering a flame every time (sorry, not a technical person, don't know how to explain) so we needed to turn the faucet on and off and on again until the flame took. You can see this with the green light on the boiler, if it's not green, try again.

The girl who checked us in was really friendly.

There was no hot water during our stay, when we contacted the staff about situation no one has answered us. We had to have showers in cold water for 4 night. There was also a problem with washing machine and we had to wash all the dishes by hand. Moreover there was not enough toilet paper and no capsules to the coffee maker. The apartment didn’t live up to the standards listed on the booking site and its not worth any money.

The air conditioning was not working although iI I asked several times to fix it .

Location and the fact that the property is spacious.. 3 bedrooms.

The water heater was faulty, managed to make it work only on the last day. Had cold showers for 2 nights out of 3. We complained and they responded, for a few minutes we had warm water, however, not enough for a shower. I complained again and nobody turned up. I fixed it myself.
