The apartment is very new and spacious, and the building has an elevator, which is a real blessing for travelers with large luggage. The elevator requires a dedicated access code and goes directly to our room. Although I received several messages in advance with the virtual key information, I was unable to open the main entrance when I arrived in the early evening. Fortunately, I was able to contact Mario quickly, and he promptly sent me a few additional access codes. After that, everything worked smoothly. We stayed on the top floor, and our apartment has two bathrooms. We usually used the one outside the bedroom, which was more considerate for not disturbing the other person resting inside. The location is excellent: there is a Carrefour Express less than 50 meters away, and the ground floor is surrounded by various shops to explore. Plaza de Armas (the long-distance bus station and car rental area) is only a 10-minute walk away, which is extremely convenient. I was very happy to find such a comfortable place at this price.

The living room is quite large, so the heating was a bit insufficient at times. That said, this seems more like a limitation of the space rather than something that can easily be fixed.

Excellent location, beautiful apartment and very supportive staff with excellent communication. Mario help us in booking an enjoyable Flamenco Flamenco show and was there to answer our questions and book activities for us.
