Sunnyland Paraiso Beach

Stayed here 5 times now it is a great quiet apartment even although Hard Rock Hotel pool is nearby - you can just hear their music in the distance but it is good 😊 everything about the apartment is great and decor lovely- it is on street parking but I have never had a problem getting a space - The WIFI is excellent and if you have a firestick bring it as it is an easy set up as plenty sockets to set up . There are lots of restaurants nearby plus there is a cheap restaurant with brilliant food about 3/4 Mile up the hill called La Fuenta - does everything from lamb chops to spicy pizza - The balcony is very spacious with 2 comfy sun beds and you get the sun basically all day - there is a nice paved walkway nearby along the shore. I will be back 😊

This apartment has a great terrace heading towards Hard Rock Hotel pool, the ocean and the opposite H10 Atlantic Sunset Resort. Not only that the view is amazing but you can enjoy the atmosphere created by these nearby neighbors, without affecting your confort. Breakfasts and diners on this terrace can rival in terms of view and atmosphere with the best restaurants in Tenerife. Also, the apartment is very well fitted with anything you could need: coffee machine, dish and clothes washing machines, very good quality towels and beddings, a practical, good quality kitchen and living room. The bed was great. Both the living room and the bedroom have exits to the terrace.

We had some challenges with the induction stove, which, while new and modern (Bosch) was not so intuitive to use. Once we figured out how to use it (only a part of it 😂), it was very helpful to cook omelette or to fry some gyoza from Dino Supermarket 😊.

Great location - very central

The apartment is spacious , the bed was very comfortable . The kitchen had a hob, microwave , toaster and kettle etc. enough plates and cups for us to use. The reason we were drawn to this apartment was the spacious terrace. Two sun beds , a table and 4 chairs with four easy chairs as well. There is a canopy which can give you as much shade as you want. There is full sun on the terrace all day. There is a lovely sea view and you overlook the Hard Rock Hotel beach and pool. The area has lots of bars and restaurants. The apartment is central to playa paraiso, a short walking distance to all amenities.
