La piscine et la situation géographique

La zona es espectacular, súper tranquila y con súper cerca para un apuro. Apartamento amplio siendo 5 personas. Una playa muy chula para ir con niños muy cerca y a media hora de todos lados. La comunicación con la empresa de reservas súper buena. Para repetir sin duda.

Los muebles un poco viejos y eché en falta baldas en los roperos. Con una lavada de cara mas moderna y funcional seria perfecto del todo.

We recently spent 13 nights in Ses Fonts apartments and had a fantastic experience. As a family of five, the space was perfect for us—comfortable, well laid out, and ideal for a relaxing holiday. One of the highlights was the pool area, which was beautifully maintained and never too crowded. Our kids loved spending time there, and it was a great place for all of us to cool off and unwind. We also really enjoyed the private patio and BBQ area, which made it easy to have relaxed family meals outdoors in the warm evenings after 8pm otherwise the sun was far too strong. A few other things stood out during our stay: the sofas, microwave, and toaster were all brand new, adding a nice touch of modern comfort. The beds were on the firmer side, but we actually found them quite comfortable after settling in. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and located in a peaceful area, making it a great base for exploring the island. Son Parc itself is quiet and family-friendly, with a lovely beach nearby and all the essentials within easy reach. We were particularly impressed with BC Properties, who were very responsive throughout our stay. It was also a nice touch to have the apartment cleaned after 7 days, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We’d definitely recommend this place to other families looking for a relaxing break in Menorca. We’re already thinking about returning!

Could do with a bigger umbrella on the patio and aircon inside.

The location was ok The WiFi was good most of the time. Pool was nice, never crowded and kept clean.

The sofa,s and chairs in the lounge had been constantly repaired, one sofa collapsed when I sat on it. All of the beds were very hard and uncomfortable also only 1 pillow per bed. Lack of storage space for clothes. The bathroom had mould on the ceiling. The sink and toilet were a bit wobbly. The hot water tank wasn’t big enough for 5 people to shower. So the last ones had a cold shower. A few windows and doors didn’t close properly, when we had a storm they had to be prompt closed. The curtain in one room fell of and had to be repaired. The kitchen was dirty and the fridge and taps had rust on them. NO AIR CON !!! Only a small electric fan in each room which used up the limited power sockets, for phone charging. To get to the apartment there are a long steep set of stairs which are definitely not accessible for disabled person. I did mention in my initial correspondence that I am disabled but they still booked me in this apartment.

The property probably had not been used or lived in for many months and the bathroom and other rooms were extremely smelly Kitchen utensils (oven, fridge, toaster) were very dirty Microwave was not working but gave off a mild electro-shock when touched

Location was fabulous short distance from beach and shops

Uncomfortable dated sofas and very poor bedroom matresses woke up with back ache every morning. Property needs modern furniture ie mattresses and living room furniture.
