"Apartment in Alcalá de Henares"

Very central. Beautiful apartment with lovely character. Spotlessly clean. Very spacious and comfortable.

I foolishly didn't realize there was a festival on the weekend we stayed. Because the apartment is in the square the noise level was huge so no sleep was had. My own fault completely. Would still definitely stay there again.

"Good location, bad host."

The location, kitchen was clean and had coffee, comfortable bed

The water wasn’t working when we returned from dinner so couldn’t shower, use toilet, etc. Nobody ever responded to our messages, tried calling the number provided and nobody picked up. Very disappointing.

Decoration. Entry and key set up. Couldn't open downstairs door without keys so that's a problem when returning the keys to the safe.
