La ubicación sin duda es lo mejor. El apartamento es muy bonito y la cama es cómoda.

Mucho ruido por la noche, tanto de la calle como del portal del propio edificio. Fuerte olor a comida en el salón, horrible. Wifi inexistente, no aparecía la red wifi que nos decían; no nos pudimos conectar. La pared donde está el sofá cama en el cual durmieron mis niños estaba muy muy sucia. Me decepcionó bastante, me esperaba algo mejor por ese precio.

La ubicación es perfecta.

La insonorización es pésima. Las contraventanas no cierran bien lo que hace que entre frío de la calle y durante la noche se escucha muchísimo el ruido de la calle. Hay algún detalle más a mejorar, como el menaje, pero no es crítico.
