"Good value, great location"

Excellent location in the midst of lots of bars and restaurants. Easy walk to all the main sights in the City. The apartment was very clean.

The bedroom was very small with bed pushed up to wall, not easy to get out of! There wasn’t much light as windows were onto a light well, but not a huge issue as not in the apartment much.

"A really pleasant flat that we would recommend."

The flat is small and has lots of character. We loved the fact that it is a listed building and retains its original charm on the outside. Despite being in a busy square the flat itself is very quiet. We appreciated the washing facilities and the neat kitchen. It is situated centrally within half an hour's walking distance from the major sites of Sevilla

We couldn't get it really cool in the bedroom.

"Comfortable stay, wonderful hosts"

Excellent location, cozy apartment with everything one can possibly need, even 2 little cute umbrellas. Bathroom is small but it serves its purpose. The hosts are very friendly and helpful.

House numbering on the entire boulevard is very confusing: both old-time numbers and present-day numbers are kept on the buildings - not the hosts' fault, of course. Who would guess that #49 and #74 is the one and the same house? :)

"Great facilities and location. Super clean."

Location was fabulous. Easy access to dining and night life. Short walk (within 30 minutes) to most attractions.

The apartment didn't have any direct access to outside ventilation or direct daylight. The windows all opened to an internal light well. Made the rooms stuffy and dark needing to switch lights on.

Great location for beautiful city, 30 mins easy walking. Vibrant neighborhood for eating, drinking and people watching. Property set at rear so peaceful for sleeping. Owners very friendly and helpful at check in, check out. Amazing city with amazing weather. What's not to like.

"Superb"

Piedi and Walter were wonderful, friendly hosts. The apartment was thoughtfully equipped, very comfortable and very quiet despite being right on the Alameda. The location really couldn't be better. Thank you for everything!
