Beach loft

Only the size of the appartment and relatively comfortable beds.

The appartment was absolutely substandard in all of the amenities, with only one tinted window, humid and in appalling hygienic conditions. Stains on the walls, bedding and dust all over the place, no heating in the bathroom, broken and dirty dishes, "closets" without doors, improvised futniture...  The owner has been contacted about these issues, but has ignored the comments and did not come personally to verify our complaints. Cleaning personnel had to be called twice to finally do basic cleaning.

Great location close to transport, beach, marina, restaurants, shops Comfortable beds, very good kitchen with oven, gas hob Amenities left for use - shower gel, towels, cleaning products, etc Miguel was fantastic and knowledgeable of the area. Our check in and check out experience was very easy

Bathroom window could be better if it had a privacy screen attached

The location is near the Valencia beach (PLAYA DE LAS ARENAS) and has all the requirements available within walking distance (Grocery, food, coffee shop, etc...). The host is really friendly and recommended us many places to visit.

The house was not as clean as it should be, the smell in the house was bad, and the kitchen was not cleaned properly.

The location was perfect and facilities available were great. The host was very friendly and suggested awesome places around. Only one caveat that beds were too soft for one stretch sleep throughout my night. Maybe this is not a problem for everybody. Everything else was good 👍

tasteful design, lovely location with local neighborhoods, super close to the beach. The host is super nice and gave us plenty of lovely recommendations of restaurants and cafe.

poor acoustic insulation, which is understandable because it’s a old house, but it does affect our sleeping quality with one night when the neighbors were loud until 2am. the house looks nice but it is not clean enough. yellow marks on the duvet cover.

Very modern and spacious apartment with two double beds. Quick personal check -in. Easy check-out. Equipped kitchen with big fridge and oven. Location close to the beach.

Super noisy neighbours - You hear everything and they are noisy till late at night - The humidity is also very high and the appartment was smelly from that - The bed sheets were humid all the time - No light from outside - feels like a bunker
