Please note that guests must present the credit card used to make the reservation on arrival. If you are not the owner of the credit card used to make the reservation, please contact the property in advance. IMPORTANT: Check‑in from 17:00 to 19:30 is free of charge from Monday to Saturday. After 19:30, as well as on Sundays and public holidays, a €30 fee will apply for key collection. Outside these hours, keys will only be delivered if the online check‑in has been completed (otherwise, the reservation will be considered a no‑show), and the full amount of the stay will be charged. Please note that last‑minute bookings may experience a delay of up to 2 hours at check‑in (until 19:00). The seasonal outdoor pool is open from 15 June to 15 September. Check-in is free from Monday to Saturday, between 5:00 PM and 7:30 PM. After 7:30 PM, as well as on Sundays and public holidays, a fee of €30 will be charged when collecting the keys. Outside of these hours, keys will only be given to guests who have completed online check-in (otherwise, they will be considered a no-show), and the full amount of the stay will be charged.
