Pool, Poolbar, Koffer dank 4 Aufzügen schnell oben. Alles vorhanden auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Waschmaschine. Große Dusche. Silvester im 10.Stock mit Sicht auf das Spektakel war sehenswert. Kleiner "Orts-Strand"

Angespannte Parkplatzsituation im gesamten Ort, hatten nicht reserviert, aber dennoch immer was auf dem öffentlichen Teil gefunden mit ZugangsFernbedienung. Gesamtlage zu 100% Massentourismus. Preise im Supermarkt ca. 3 mal teurer als z.B. an der Costa de Silencio 15km weiter. Täglicher langer Stau vorm Kreisverkehr ZUR Autobahn. VON der Autobahn war es ok. Haus hat keine Rezeption, Lobby oder Restaurant. Zum großen Teil private Appartments teils mit Papagei-Gesang oder Hundegebell.

The Apartment was spotless, great views from the balcony, Gabriel the host was very helpful, would definitely return.

The only problem was parking, I was there 7 nights and could never get a parking spot in the hotel carpark. Not a problem to me there were parking a short walk away at the far side near the shopping centre.

Le lieu est vraiment propre et super bien situé ! Accès facile et place de parking vraiment très important à Ténérife !! La piscine propre et calme maissss très froide 😅 Le bar juste à côté une merveille !

La amabilidad de Gabriel, el anfitrión, nos aconsejó varias cosas que hacer y donde ir a comer. Y hay supermercados a 50 m practicamente. El apartamento está muy bien situado, mucha tranquilidad. Con parking en la urbanizacion y una doble piscina enorme. Un 10 la verdad!!

L emplacement, la proximité avec les restaurants plage et l endroit est bien desservi un bus , taxi,... Une cuisine fonctionnelle, machine à laver, frigo, necessaire de repassage, sdb complète et propreté à 100%. Nécessaire de vaisselles . La piscine a disposition est un merveille!

Il manquait des draps pour le lit secondaire d une personne. ( un drap pour le matelas et un draps pour se couvrir en plus de la couverture aurait ete super ) Mettre des set de tables ou une nape a disposition lorsqu'on déjeune ou dîner.

parfait endroit pour un séjour ,j'y suis resté 5 jours, , c'est confortable,propre,il y a tout l équipement nécessaire ,j'ai eu un parking pour ma voiture,on est très bien situé ,proche des commerces et le quartier est assez vivant

le seul bémol que je mets est la vue , on est du mauvais coté du bâtiment,d'où mon 9/10
