"Enjoyable holiday"

As someone with low tech skills the electronic door lock was very difficult, also my mobile wasn't compatible. Older travellers who are not familiar with new electronic locks etc. will find this difficult. Fortunately we got a traditional key, otherwise it would have severely limited our holiday.
