Apartamento Moderno, Madrid Centro

It was clean, comfortable, well equipped, close to the metro station, markets and restaurants in the vicinity as well. Same as on the photos.

The windows could be a bit more soundproofed cause you can hear the noise from the street from the cars and people yelling, even at night, but since we managed to sleep well, cant say that this is a deal-breaker. The washing machine was out of order, but did not need it anyways.

Nice enough apartment inside, handy to city centre

Street parking only. Eventually found space a few blocks away in less desirable neighbourhood, didn't feel safe despite owners' assurances.

Near groceries and metro lines. Easy to go to Atocha for airport and trains. Madrid attractions easy to go by metro. Buy the 10 journey Madrid card for 6.10 euro and you can go almost everywhere.

Washing machine was not working but laundromat is nearby and you can get washing and drying done for less than 10 euro.

Location is great, there is all what you need to cook food.

Pretty noisy because of a food market next to the building

Very clean and comfortable stay.

AC heating which took time to heat.

A perfect little space with everything you need. Excellent market right across the street, and a simple walk to the metro. Luis is a perfect host too!
