Benalmadena with seasonal pool & parking near the beach

Juana met us as expected and after parking in our dedicated parking bay in the basement garage, showed us into the really lovely and well appointed apartment cooled by ceiling fans and a/c although we didn't need to use the a/c. The terrace is brilliant - more than big enough and equipped with lounge seating and dining and well screened so you can have shade if wanted. Nice location and walkable (we didn't as too hot with our elderly mother) to well stocked Mercadona supermarket with car park, the beach and restaurants a plenty. Next time, we would also want to check out what looked like a public tennis and paddle courts right by the supermarket. The two pools and grassed pools area (with shade providing palms to sit/picnic under) looked lovely (we didn't use the facility) and not too crowded. The apartment is close (20 mins or so) and easy to get to from Malaga airport. Juana (Spanish language) and Kevin (arranges the booking - English language and very good Spanish) were so heplful and accommodating.

Bien equipado . Buena información. No puedo valorar mucho más porque solo estuvimos para dormir.

Zona linistita, cu multa verdeață, apartament mare cu un balcon generos, exact ca in descrierea de pe booking, situat intr-un complex cu 2 piscine exterioare, funcționale. In apropiere parcul Benalmadena.

Furnici in bucatarie. Probabil din cauza pomilor.

Es amplio y limpio

Hay detalles que ameritan mantenimiento. La tapa del baño está rota, el aire acondicionado no funciona, la chapa del segundo baño se traba

Чудесная квартира!! Она не большая , но очень комфортная, уютная, домашняя. Достаточно много места для хранения вещей ( большие шкафы, тумбочки, стеллажи). Просторные две ванные комнаты. Широкие кровати. На кухне достаточно кухонной утвари. Балкон- терраса превзошли мои ожидания, взрослые и дети были в восторге от него. Квартира очень светлая. Есть полотенца, покрывала и зонтик для пляжа. В уютном зелёном дворе есть два бассейна: один- взрослый большой, второй- детский. Хуана была очень мила и добра. Рядом супермаркет Каррефур и кафе. До моря 20 минут вниз. В общем, проживание было потрясающее. Уже скучаю и хочу назад

Les stores du balcon étaient un peu fragiles, il a suffit d'un peu de vent le 3eme jour de mon séjour, pour qu'il se décollent... et j'ai dû les relever d'urgence pour qu'il ne se décollent pas d'avatage

En principio,la gestión por parte de Booking,no fue buena,porque no me facilitaron el número de contacto de la señora Juana la cual tenía que darnos la llave para entrar al apartamento y estuvimos una hora esperando en la calle a pleno sol a las 15 h que era nuestra hora de entrada .Una vez ya pudiéndola localizar,todo fue genial,la señora Juana es adorable 🥰 una mujer que te ofrece y te brinda todo en lo que puede ayudar,estuvo atenta en todo momento y pendiente para que nuestra estancia fuera la mejor.Decir que el apartamento era bonito y sobre todo estaba todo muy limpio.La urbanización era preciosa.

Los colchones no eran muy cómodos.El agua de la ducha tardaba en calentar.De lo demás todo bien.

L'emplacement et l' appartement est parfait

mauvaise expérience avec la femme de ménage qui vit en haut qui nous a casiment agressé le premier jour et qui nous a traité de bête que pour elle en savait pas fermer les rideaux et elle nous a inculpé qui était déchiré pour notre faute malgré qu'on venait de rentrer a l'appartement et et aussi était entrain de prendre des photos de l'extérieur de l'appartement etc une femme qui nous a gâché un peu le séjour sans aucune explication de l'entrée des parkings chose un peu problématique dans l'appartement le parking assez serré et le dernier bémol c'est les draps que a part ce qui est mis le premier jour ya aucune mais malgré ça en a passé des bon moments en famille

L'appartement est identique à la description, nous avons même trouvé des équipements en plus ! L'accès et la sortie étaient simples, l'emplacement a proximité de tout type de commerce, endroit très calme et reposant. Les propriétaires sont très réactifs et à l'écoute.
