In accordance with state regulations regarding guest registration, it is essential that you provide a copy of the identity document for each person over 14 years old. These documents can be sent via email to harry.hv7@gmail.com, via WhatsApp to +34 660 884 646, or submitted as a photocopy upon arrival. Please be aware that the check-in time is until 22:00. If you need to check in between 22:00 and 00:00, a supplement of €30 will be applied, payable in cash upon arrival. Check-in is not available after 00:00. To ensure a comfortable and safe stay for everyone, please take a few minutes to read and respect the house rules. Apartment Rules: 1. The maximum capacity of the apartment is 4 guests. Additional guests are not permitted without prior consent. 2. Please respect the neighbors: avoid loud music, parties or excessive noise inside the apartment, on the terrace and in the pool area. Quiet hours start at 10:00PM 3. Pets are not allowed. 4. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace, with the living room door closed. 5. The building does not have a garbage collection service. Please place trash bags in the container at the exit of the complex on the right-hand side. 6. The apartment must be left in the same condition as it was upon arrival. Please use the towels responsibly: do not dispose of them or use them for makeup removal. 7. Do not hang towels over the outside of the terrace railing. Towels may be hung inside, as long as they do not extend beyond the railing. 8. When using the air conditioning or heating, please keep all windows closed to maintain the desired temperature and avoid unnecessary energy consumption. Kindly turn off the air conditioning when you are not in the apartment. 9. You can access the Wi-Fi by scanning the QR code shown in this document or on the router cover. The password is in lowercase. 10. The kitchen is equipped with two coffee machines: a Dolce Gusto capsule machine and a filter coffee maker. 11. Each bedroom has air conditioning and a fan. If the light does not turn on when using the wall switch, it may have been turned off using the fan’s remote control. 12. The washing machine is located in the bathroom at the end of the hallway, behind the door. The recommended program is “Mix.” You will also find an iron and ironing board there. The hair dryer is located in the drawer of the entrance bathroom. 13. The living room has a double sofa bed. Simply remove the cover and pull it toward you to open it. 14. On the day of departure, please leave both sets of keys on the white table at the entrance and close the door. The loss of a key will result in a €80 charge. Community rules: 1. In the adjacent building, there is a private paid gym, located on the 5th floor. 2. In the pool area, swimwear is mandatory. Please shower before entering and avoid accessing the building or elevator while wet to prevent accidents. Inflatable mattresses are not allowed. Children and minors must always be accompanied by an adult. Pool use is not allowed after 10:00 PM. 3. The building does not offer private parking. Free parking is available in white-marked street spaces in front of the building. Alternatively, you may use the paid underground parking “Parkia La Carihuela,” located on the street behind the building (Avenida Carlota Alessandri), which offers various passes depending on the length of stay. 4. There are several supermarkets nearby: Komo Komo, Dia, Carrefour Express, Covirán and Maskom. You will find a complimentary bottle of water in the refrigerator. 5. If you require airport transportation or would like to book tours, feel free to contact us for prices and availability. By confirming your reservation, you agree to comply with the apartment and community rules and to return the accommodation in the same condition in which it was provided. Failure to comply with these rules may result in a minimum penalty of €250 or eviction from the property.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
