Cockroaches, beetles, ants and a stag party!! We have had a terrible experience with this company. It is unclear whether it is just one woman (Lara/Laura) or an actual company as the communication is inconsistent and doesn’t match up. We had cockroaches, beetles and ants EVERYWHERE. Immediately we were promised a full refund and told we were welcome to stay and they would get pest control in. They did get a fumigation service in but this only dealt with a fraction of the problem. Additionally, for two nights we had a screaming bunch of men on a stag weekend, who had four of the apartments booked and were not only partying but also running in between the appointments repeatedly, shouting and constantly beeping the keypads to get in and out. Stag parties are against the rules stated on this property’s page. We reported it after getting no sleep and were told they would be evicted immediately. They were not. Apparently they were asked to apologise…this didn’t happen and their behaviour was still obnoxious the next night. Clearly the company only care about money. So, we’re two nights in and no sleep because there is a disgusting infestation and a load of screaming men in the place. On the phone again, the lady (Lara/Laura) apologised, and seemed to be very helpful, again promising a full refund. After our stay, I followed up and, over the last six weeks have been lied to repeatedly. She asked for my bank details…no refund. She asked for PayPal instead as ‘bank fees are too high’…’no refund’ Suddenly blamed ‘headquarters’, despite otherwise always calling the apartments her own… Offered 20% refund!!!! We challenged this as it is NOT what was promised. She asked for an email address for ‘headquarters’ to get in touch and still nothing. Unacceptable. Unprofessional. Untrustworthy. We are appalled.

Cockroaches, parking, cheap furniture, no kettle, no toaster, old cleaning sponge, sheets and blanket in the sofa not protected from dust causing alergy reaction to my daughter, etc.

Very clean and great location. Great to have A/C.

The house was very nice, clean and tidy,the bed was very confortable.The studio had a kitchen area where you could cook something if you wish( 2 supermarkets very close Lidl and Carrefour 5/ 10 min walk).The accomodation has air conditioning which is very helpful as the temperature was 34-37 degrees during our staying.We have't met the landlord as the accomodation has self check in - codes are provided and you let yourself in. The location is great - 12 minutes walk from Santa Justa station from which you can go Cordoba,Granada,Malaga or several another directions. The attractions are not too far from the area - Plaza d Espagna 30 min by walk and Alcazar palace 24 min.( you have even the bus station near - one is in front of the accomodation C1 takes you to the train station.

We couldn' t find a corkscrew as we enjoyed a nice bottle of wine in the evening. Also we had to " share" our accomodation with some cockroaches- we didn't stay too much at the accomodation but it was not nice finding " the tenants" when we came back after visiting.They should be exterminated.

The apartment is in a nice neighborhood not far from the city center. It is nice inside.

There were the cockroaches, ant I am in bad terms with these insects.

Sofa bed not suitable for sleeping, especially for 2 Apartment maybe for 2, not for 4. No kitchen utilisen. Kitchen not suitable for cooking meal, maybe for heating something. No pots and other utilisen needed for cooking, not even for dimple dish like pasta for 4 people. Not enough toilet paper - one and half rolls for 4 people for 2 days. Very noisy- from the street and other rooms llike there is no walls. No kitchen clothes. No wardrobe Plates and glasses were dirty.
