"Ideal location, comfortable, fully equipped, clean."

The location in Alicante was great - close to the central market, great supermarket next door. Nice airy apartment, comfy bed and relaxing. The policy was admirable too to ask all guests to be quiet and considerate to each other and respect other residents on other floors. It is on a busy street with traffic but much quieter at nighttime. The lift is right behind the bedroom wall and if people are coming in late, then the lift and the doors can be heard.

"Perfect accommodation!"

Great location! The apartment is very welcoming, clean, and has incredibly comfortable beds. It’s very well-equipped, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The host was extremely friendly and welcoming. Our first visit to Alicante was made perfect thanks to this wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

"Lovely week in Alicante"

Extremely well located apartment. Super clean and bright with all utensils etc we needed for a stress free week away. Excellent Mercadona supermarket downstairs for food/drinks. Superb Granier bakery 59 yards away for best breakfast!

The host was communicative. The location is very central.

Be aware that there are two apartments - one with the windows on the street and balcony and the other one with all the windows on the next building. We didn't know that, we expected a balcony and normal windows, however we got this rabbit hole, where you don't know the time of the day and the feel of being in the hole is overwhelming. We checked out earlier. The second thing is that you hear everything from the neighbors apartments, even squiring doors. The neighbors would leave notes in front of the apartment and lifts that the short term rentals are illegal and the require absolute quietness - we were with two little children - no noise from 19 till 6 🤷🏼

Nice appartment, clean. Nice location in the center. And still lit was quiet and peaceful. Very comfortable bed.

It's almost impossible to find a free parking space. So consider paying 22 EUR per day for parking.
