Skol 302 Super One-bedroom Duplex with Sea Views

The apartment was nice with a nice view.

Very strange that you have to wash the dishes and take out the garbage otherwise you will be charged 20€ every hour. The bins are not in front of the building. Another thing is that the parking house does not cost 15€ but 30€ for 24 hours. If you want to lie down by the pool you have to pay 3€ otherwise the unpleasant staff will not let you in the place, so very unpleasant behaviour of the staff. Nice gentlemen at the reception.

Great location, very close to the beach and restaurants. Beautiful view of the sea from the balcony.

The balcony door did not lock, which made us feel a bit uneasy, both at night and also when we were out, especially since the apartment didn't have a working safe. I asked about it at reception and I was told they could do nothing and to contact the property, which I did but I received no reply. I found it strange that they ignored me, especially since the day before I had contacted them regarding checking-in an hour early and they replied quickly telling me there would be a €20 charge. There was only one very flat pillow on each bed which made for a poor night's sleep personally. The welcoming letter lines out that you will incur fees for certain things like leaving dirty dishes, not taking out rubbish to the street bins, or leaving make-up stains on the white towels, all very harsh I felt.

When we arrived there was a welcome pack there for us which included water beer cans of coke Chrisps etc. the property was so modern it was beautiful. We had the nicest apartment compared to all friends staying in the complex. It was spotless and very well managed. Would highly recommend this apartment.
