Direkt am Strand und eine vollausgestattete Küche. Heizung und Klima haben super funktioniert und mit dem Aufzug ist auch der 7. Stock kein Problem.

Die Dusche war ein wenig unkomfortabel und die Toilette haben nicht immer gut abgespült, die Lage hat ihre Vorteile, ist aber noch weiter weg von Einkaufszentren usw. Desweiteren ist es nicht immer so ruhig, in der Straße werden viele Bauarbeiten gemacht und in der Nacht werden die Mülltonnen geleert.
