Brilliant accommodation - highly recommend! Great location, very clean, host is very helpful!

We spent a week in this apartment during Christmas and new year. It was very comfortable: the beds were comfy, the fact that there are two bathrooms is great, the kitchen is well-equipped, there’s a smart tv, the flat is spacious and has a nice little terrace. You can use a shortcut to get to the beach which is a 5-6 minute walk away. The apartment is quiet, even though we were in the middle unit so had neighbours on both sides. It’s a 20 minute walk to the beautiful old town where we enjoyed the tapas restaurants. Some of the restaurants on the promenade are very touristy but it suffices to walk a bit further towards Puerto Banus and there are good places on the way. The owners left us some wine and water which was a nice touch.

I had not initially realised that there are no regular windows in the apartment. If you’re used to sleeping with a window open, this may be an issue. There are windows but they open onto the kitchen and living room. However, we all slept very well for the entire week, so it wasn’t a problem. The pool seemed a bit smaller than in the photos but we didn’t use it anyways as it was too cold in December. None of the other guests used the pool.

Sadly, no sun in the terrace. It would be ideal in the summer when the temperatures are very high.

These hosts and this property were SO good that they ruined me for any other holiday stays. They thought of absolutely everything, right down to the generous bottle of wine, bottled water, espresso machine with pods, chocolates and beautifully presented towels (tied with ribbon). Their hangers all matched, as did the dinnerware; there was ample room to put our clothes and bedside tables fo our water. They have multiple plugs and places to charge your phones - simply everything we could possibly want for our 2 week stay. The apartment looks out onto greenery and there's a pool. Just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Hosts were very responsive and kind. Highly recommend this stay!!!

Location excellent, internet speed super, room clean and well equipped. Good value for money.

Smell from blocked drains inside, air conditioner set up to save as much energy as possible but sours your experience as its fiddly and requires too much attention. If you require TV channels you will be a little disappointed. No sports facilities nearby, asked the hosts about availability of tennis courts to book nearby, but received no reply.

Location to the beach and other amenities and the accommodation itself was excellent, and everything within it managed to a high standard. The hosts really have thought of everything.

The host and the staff were very kind and very responsive. The apartment is very cozy with a nice view on the pool The location is just perfect, few minutes from the beach, the supermarket, old Marbella …

We stayed for 2 weeks, a least one or two cleaning be offred. The sofa is a bit old, therefore not comfortable, we asked for a topper to be able to sit in. It was very hard to find parking slot inside the residence as there is no space assigned per appartement.
