NZExceptionally clean with everything you could want upon arrival. Vey fast internet and great air-conditioning. Luca even supplied a welcoming bottle of water, bottle of wine and some chocolate biscuits - exceptional!
AULuca is a conscientious landlord who did a wonderful job to make our stay comfortable. As expected, the apartment was clean and interestingly decorated. Location was excellent for all activities. The elevator was essential for us on the second floor. We also appreciated his quick response to correspondence.
The building entry and exterior is not attractive however Luca has done a great job to create an oasis.
