L'apartament en general ha estat molt bé. Tenia estris de cuina de sobra i coses com sucre, sal, oli que sempre dubtes si n'has de portar o a l'apartament n'hi haurà.

La iluminació de l'espai menjador-cuina-sala d'estar; es correcta quan estas a la cuina (llum freda) pero quan estàs dinant o mirant la tele seria necessària una llum càlida d'ambient.
