The apartment was great, really clean and comfortable, and well located for all the sights and local tapas bars.

The staff member I was communicating with was very unhelpful initially when asking about the WiFi code, this was not on display in the apartment. There could have been more information provided in the apartment or sent in a direct message. When we asked to stay an extra night due to having bad news and needing to change our travel plans they said they could not give us any idea of availability. Also the keys were not easy to find when checking in. Better instructions and communication would have been appreciated.
