La ubicación y la limpieza. Está recién reformado.

Las almohadas son incómodas. Pero solo es renovarlas.

Location was very good . Close to the beach and in the heart of the town of Conil . The apartment has 2 bathrooms, which was handy.

The beds were not comfortable . The pillows were in very bad shape. The air conditioning has a 2-hour timer, which means at night you need to get up if you want to sleep with airco on . There is no free parking, and no close parking option either (especially upon arrival, with little guidance about what to expect , it was a bit difficult to get to the property). We were not given proper instructions about the keys to the terrace and the key to one of the entrances to the building . They were both defective . We had an issue with one of the keys to the apartment itself . The owner was helpful in solving this , but we had to pay ourselves with a promise the owner would look at reimbursement options that so far has had very little follow up. While Conil has a good recycling practice that separates organic, plastic, and paper, the apartment was not equipped with garbage bins that would allow for this . The most problematic aspect of our stay was that , two days after leaving, the owner tried to charge us extra for damages to the property. Although we certainly enjoyed our stay , the threat of additional costs charged after leaving did not make the end of our vacation as enjoyable as it could have been.
