Apartment in the City Center near to the beach

The apartment was situated directly across the street from the five star Fariones Hotel. Easy to get about on foot to almost everything you might need. The apartment was very clean, well equipped and met all our needs.The lady in the bike hire shop below was always on hand to answer any questions we had. She was very kind and extremely helpful to us throughout our stay.

The whole experience was wonderful. The staff and people in the bike shop beneath the apartment couldn't have been any more helpful. Really lovely place.

Location was perfect,just two minutes and you are on the beach and on promenade.The hosts,who run also downstairs bicycle rental so nice and helpful.Apartment was very clean and has got everything you need to make simple meals,nice ,big balcony with great feel of privacy.All was perfect for us, definitely come back.(Still loads of routes to explore on bike)

The location of the apartment is so close to the beach, shop's bars and restaurants.

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Fantastic location, beach just across the road, the apartment is in the middle of old and new town, all shops bars restaurants and supermarkets are within 5 minutes walking distance, apartment on the flat, no hills to climb, easily accessible from airport by taxi around 12/15 mins, perfect area and apartment to stay in and perfect hosts, 100% recommend 😁

Nothing to dislike couldn't fault anything

La ubicación es perfecta y está muy limpio.

Las camas son incómodas, y el aire acondicionado de pago. Cuando alquilamos no vimos que era de pago porque no lo pone en las especificaciones generales, lo pone al final en varios. Si no lees todo, no lo ves y crees que va incluido. Pues no, te cobran 5 euros por día por el aire que solo está en el dormitorio.

Siamo stati a Lanzarote 8 notti e 9 giorni e abbiamo alloggiato in questo appartamento dove ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa è accogliente e dotata di ogni comfort. Pulizia impeccabile. Posizione ottima vicinissimo a Playa Grande e all'Avenida. Inoltre molto comodo per la vicinanza alla fermata degli autobus. Informe Francesco e Stefania, i proprietari, sono stati super disponibili e gentilissimi a consigliarci dove mangiare e dirci un po di cose sul posto. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

The property was in a great location and very clean.

I think the paying for air con is a must and at €5 a day which I thought was really good value for money. I do think this should be made explained before booking as some people could be on a budget. Also just to make people aware the air con is only in the bedroom.
