"Impeccable"

L'appartement est idéalement situé en plein coeur de la ville et il est très charmant. Le logement est confortable et bien équipé. La communication avec l'hôte a été plutôt facile. Parking public payant à proximité de l'appartement.

Nous avons eu un problème pour entrer dans l'appartement, l'hôte n'était peut être pas tout à fait disponible à l'heure de notre arrivée et nous avons donc dû attendre 30 min dans la rue avant de pouvoir monter. Par ailleurs, la table étant cassée (les pieds) cela était quand même très dangereux pour les enfants.

Es un quinto sin ascensor y hace mucho calor. El aire acondicionado no es suficiente para el calor que hace y solo tiene ventilación en el techo y pequeña

"Pésima estancia y servicio"

5º piso sin ascensor, olor a pipi en el baño, el agua del lavamanos se estancaba, polvo, suciedad…nada recomendable. No tiene aire acondicionado como anuncia sino un pingüino que hay que ir vaciando el agua….Fatal

Nice home away from home.

5th floor without an elevator, not for the disabled or elderly. Could use a kettle for making tea. Internet password was hard to find.

"This is a bright, clean apartment perfectly located for your stay in Burgos."

It is conveniently located in the middle of town. Shops, restaurants, bars were all on the very same street. It was an easy walk to the museum and to the Cathedral. Our family also appreciated the use of the washer/ dryer.

It is on the seventh floor, so there are stairs to deal with. However, since it is the top unit in the building, there were several opening skylights for sunshine and airflow.
