"I think the location is nice and suitable, especially during warm weather."

The apartment's location is discreet, but it has everything you need nearby (supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, taverns, etc.) and is also in an authentic neighborhood with transport connections, making it easy to reach many areas of the city.

It was a real challenge for us in winter (December 2025) because it was quite cold and although there were heaters on site, it was still a challenge.

El apartamento muy bonito , tiene de todo en la cocina . No tiene parquin ,pero tuvimos suerte y encontramos aparcamiento justo en la misma calle , estábamos a 20min andando al centro de Sevilla cruzando el puente de Triana . Edificio tranquilo.

I recently stayed at “Apartamento moderno en Triana 2 dormitorios y aire acondicionado” and had a mostly pleasant experience. The apartment is in an excellent location—close to the city center, metro, and bus stops with free street parking. The neighborhood is beautiful, and the elevator makes moving luggage easy, though it’s small and fits up to three people or two with suitcases. The apartment is fully furnished and has all the essentials: a washer/dryer combo, dishwasher, iron, hairdryer, and espresso coffee maker. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Some areas could be improved: the mattress in the second bedroom and the sofa were uncomfortable, only one gas stove burner worked, there was only one toilet mat with none for the shower, and a vacuum cleaner was not available.

"In common I highly recommend the flat."

Very clean and pleasant place. Great location - walking distance to the city center and sightsings. A lot of shops and bars nearby. Parking is always full but we had a luck to find the place every day. Calm district. We enjoyed greatly. House was well equipped, clean and cosy.

Problems with oven - only one burner works. So if you plan to cook at home it’s quite not easy. Also we experienced jammed the electricity plugs. And dishes should be changed - a lot of them are broken.
