"Fazit: für einen Kurzurlaub in Ordnung."

Super Lage und Ausblick. Kurzer Weg zum Strand. Großer Kühlschrank, ausreichend Gläser, Geschirr, Besteck. Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Backofen und Herd vorhanden. Klimaanlage vorhanden, haben wir abends auch zum Heizen genutzt, da Räume recht kühl waren.

Allgemein muffig und feuchtes Klima in den Zimmern. Teilweise noch staubige Ecken. Das Bad hat kein Fenster, war zu klein. Dusche diverse Schimmel, Kalkflecken und schlechter Abfluss, kaum Abstellmöglichkeit. Bettzubehör war nicht vollständig sauber, einzelne Haare vorhanden. Bettdecken waren nicht bezogen. Couch für 4 Personen zu klein und durchgesessen, dadurch unbequem und rückenunfreundlich.

A szállás tágas volt, és jól felszerelt. 50 méterre lehetett a homokos tengerparttól, és 100-200 méterre a közeli éttermektől és boltoktól, Alcúdia Can Picafort-hoz közelebbi részén. Nyugodt, csendes partszakasz.

A közelben egy család-barát szálloda van, az esti órákban a szállodai műsorok kicsit hangosak. De ez nem a szállás hiányossága, a jó zajszigetelés pedig megoldja ezt a problémát.

The apartment is big enough for a family with 2-3 kids. It looks exactly like in the pictures and it was very clean when we arrived. Has fridge, microwave, hair dryer, even a washing machine! It is very well situated, 3 minutes walk until sandy beach. Don’t miss the sunshine from the balcony, the view is amazing. The area is also good, with supermarkets and restaurants close by. Recommend eating at “The Black Pig”, which is very close and has very good food and service

The bathroom is on the small size compared to how many people the apartment can accommodate, but we made due.

Аппартаменты расположены на первой линии, вид с балкона великолепный. Продуктовые магазины находятся в шаговой доступности, гидропарк, кто с детьми несколько остановок на автобусе. Дискотека Банана клаб и много кафешек и ресторанов рядом. Хозяйка очень приятная.

Рядом с аппартаментами находится отель Condesa, очень шумно, громко играет музыка до 23.00. Лежаки на пляже почти все зарезервированы заранее. Аппартаменты сложно найти по локации, ориентировались на отель рядом.

Apartment was clean, spacious and very well equipped

Noisy as it is surrounded on both sides by hotel swimming pools, kids clubs etc. Very noisy at night until 10 pm with hotel entertainment.
