Obiekt miał zapewnić łóżeczko i krzesełko dziecięce potwierdzając z wyprzedzeniem jego dostępność. Na miejscu okazało się, że łóżeczka nie ma, a obsługa klienta nie była w stanie ustalić dlaczego tak się stało i czy w ogóle mają dostępne łóżeczko. Ostatecznie łóżeczko dostarczono dopiero po dobie oczekiwania i niepewności. Zaistniała sytuacja kosztowała nas dużo stresu i ciężką noc z uwagi na brak odpowiednich warunków do spania dla małego dziecka.
