El Balcón del Muelle

Genialer Urlaub. Wen ständiges, teilweise sehr stürmisches Meeresrauschen nicht stört, sondern es liebt, wie wir, ist die Wohnung toll. Sonst braucht man etwas ruhigeres. Betreuungspersonal war super, sehr zuverlässig und freundlich.

Tiszta, tágas, jól felszerelt. Elhelyezkedése tökéletes, szép panoráma a teraszról.

Vista spettacolare, ambiente confortevole, centralissimo.

Fantastic location with sea view, close to the harbour and lively city atmosphere. Perfect if you want to be centrally located and enjoy the view.

Some street noise, especially if sleeping in the living room – but that’s the price you pay for staying in the city centre. The bedrooms were also warm at night even with windows open. A slow-rotating, low-noise ceiling fan or air conditioning in the bedrooms would have made it more comfortable.

The apartment was perfectly located in the heart of puerto de la cruz, while being completely soundproof so we could get some good rest at night. This place was absolutely perfect for our family of 3. It has everything you might need to cook and wash your clothes as well. But the best part of it was the unbeatable view of the sea and the stunning large balcony. Perfect to have a coffee on in the morning.

The only 2 downsides were not really a problem with the apartment: - very difficult to find street parking near the place, so we ended up paying the private car park right near the place which cost 15euros per day. The public parking near the sea was full most nights - The carnival in the public parking was a sore sight from the balcony and was quite loud at night if the door was open, but again not a problem with the place in itself.
