Location near good Beach

Rating: 3 out of 5. There are a few reasons why I gave this rating. First, it’s not mentioned anywhere that to get to this apartment, you need to climb a lot of stairs uphill. This is absolutely not suitable for older people or those with knee or joint problems. It was incredibly exhausting and inconvenient. Second, the apartment could use a bit of renovation. For example, the curtains had noticeable wear and tear, which looked quite unappealing. The biggest positive about this apartment is its location, as it’s very close to a great beach. However, unfortunately, the stairs ruin the overall experience. I want to warn anyone considering this apartment to pay attention to this detail before booking.

I liked the clearness, size of the flat, the view from the balcony. Photos match the reality.

0. Before arrival it was obligatory to fill out the forms on the site of the agency with your personal data, i didnt like to waste my personal time to fill out forms before vacation. Moreover, they were not short, and I needed to do it several times to complete that "electronic registration". It was a warning shot. 1. Kitchen is full of food ants, you can store your food only in the fridge. 2. Sewage smell on the balcony. 3. Some of the lamps were prohibited from being turned on because of the problems with the electricity, it exhausted to control permanently the children at home. 4. We had only one key set for the family and didnt have a key from the down street door, each time it was necessary to go around and enter from the back entrance. 5. It was the worst real estate agency I have ever met on booking. We had only one key set for the family, but the door cannot be opened from outside without a key. I went out onto the stairs to call children from the swimming pool and the door was closed by the wind with the key inside. It was about 17pm. Nobody from the agency answered me by the phone or on whatsApp, although they promised 24/7 service. I called the property's phone on the booking. The assistant from booking after trying to contact the agency decided to sent a locksmith to me and I needed to pay 240 euro (!!!). Is it look like a scam scheme? There was no response to my complaints about compensation or splitting the bill other than useless "replies". There was no service 24/7. I am very unhappy and outraged.

Amazing view. Easy arrangements to get the keys. Good Wi-Fi. Very clean and comfortable.

There were more stairs up to the apartment than we expected which could be an issue with mobility issues or small children.
