The host is very nice, responsive, helpful The appartement is Clean and in good location

Really welcoming host. Milk in fridge, tea in cupboard. Showed us amenities and clear contact details if help needed. Late check out really kind as able to relax and freshen up before late flight.

I like the location of the property, it is near the beach and lots of supermarket, restaurant and bar beside it. Also only 15mins walk to Las Americas and bus stop to Siam Park and airport is less than 10mins walk

No aircondition

The owner Francesco was very nice and helpfull. Near the beach and a lot of restaurants, also near the clubs (but a lot of noise!)

Swimming pool is under construction since February and not available. We did not know this. Francesco was very nice and we got some discount. The appartment (number 3) was near all the nightlife. Every night there was a lot of noise from the clubs until 4 or 5 o clock. Ear plugs were necessary and did not help enough. So if you want to go out every night until the morning it is nice, otherwise you will have no rest at all :-(

The closed gate where I came in and no one told of second gate. I had to climb over the gate I am crippled. Why two gates why my keys don’t fit. A sign pointing to gate with name would be good. Bad communication of staff my Spanish is very BAD 5 words
