Ses Gavines-Cala Anguila Apartments

This was a good size apartment for us. Clean and hygenic. Beds were comfortable for the 7 night we slept on. Kitchen complete, including toaster and kettle. Balcony was a nice feature. Sadly could not use the pool due to cold season. Garden was a good addition as well. Owners were helpful in responding to our needs, though only through phone or Whatsapp. Communication through booking.com messaging service was never replied to. Keys were easy to collect and drop off via coded box. Area was quiet, safe and scenic. A 5-minute walk would take you to Cala Anguila Beach. A small cafe was open just 3 minutes drive away. Plenty of parking spaces around.

What disappointed us the most was the lack of heating in the top floor where we slept. Its funny how owner explained this by stating that by turning on the a/c a floor below would be sufficient to heat the floor above :)) Obviously this was impossible to happen! Owner must understand that a heater in the first floor is mandatory for the cold season. Ground floor balcony door was insecure, seemed it was forced open before. This needs to be adressed as well. The safe within the closet was so wobbly that in one ocassion we struggled to get our passports out and were about to call for assistance! In general we feel that overpaid for this apartment and could have found somewhere else a more effective place to stay...

Kitchen: sufficient. Beds: comfortable enough Staff: went out of their way to help. English speaker, too.

Neighbours are always heard as the walls are far too thin. Obvious signs of mold on the living room wall. Balcony woodwork needs maintenance, as shutters do not close easily.

Nous n'avons vu personne ni pour nous accueillir, ni avant notre départ.

Location is nice, close to the sea but in off season december there is no even one shop in the area

El problema es que en la puerta, si llegas de noche, no tienes luz para poder iluminar el cajetín y poner la combinación correcta. Si llegas lloviendo como fue el caso, no es fácil este acceso.

Solamente el acceso y que en diciembre solo había un cubre y una manta pequeñas para poder abrigarte, y con la humedad de la lluvia y todo, pasé un poco de frío en la noche.

Tolle Lage, ruhig...und nur ein paar Schritte vom Strand entfernt. Balkon am Schlafzimmer sehr schön mit schönen Blick in den Sonnenaufgang. Bequeme Betten - einfacher und problemloser Check-in mit Keysafe. Alles hat funktioniert und man konnte mit dem Klimagerät heizen (war im Dezember notwendig). Einfache Wohnung mit etwas Patina aber super Preis-Leistung.

Die Küche könnte mit ein paar mehr Utensilien ausgestattete sein -aber letztendlich hat es ausgereicht um ein paar einfache Gerichte zu zaubern.
