Sehr gute Lage, stressfrei parken, Vermieterin sehr nett

La propreté, les équipements et le confort du logement.Très bien pour passer un agréable séjour à Cordoue avec une place de parking bien pratique. Nous recommandons vivement ce charmant appartement qui nous a permis de visiter Cordoue à pied, il faut compter 25 minutes jusqu'au centre historique.

Malheureusement un peu bruyant.

La limpieza y la ubicación perfectas muy recomendable

El piso es muy amplio, bastante limpio y acogedor. Además, el detalle de dejar alguna cápsula de café, sobres, etc es muy atento por su parte.

Las paredes son de papel y los vecinos muy ruidosos. No paran de gritar incluso durante la noche.

Sencillo y cómodo. Buena ubicación

Vecinos ruidosos. Mal insonorizado. Cama grande de dormitorio (Ikea) hace mucho ruido y es muy molesto

Two bathrooms, hot water, having the amenities of an apartment is a plus for two couples staying together. Comfy beds. Good size apartment. Private parking. I would have loved to rate this apartment higher but sadly I can't.

There are a lot of maintenance issues with this apartment, which is a shame because it could be superb. I raised these issues privately with the owner but received no response. Not interested? Got locked out the first evening due to a loose lock barrel. Unable to contact the owner, which was worrying until we managed to enter the block through the underground garage. Kettle broken, kitchen tap loose and leaning over. I managed to tighten it a bit myself. Only two gas burners working on the hob. One electric socket dangerous. Cracked shower tray. One toilet sometimes fails to stop running. Dirt under the wash basin unit. Broken mirror in bathroom. Basin in the other bathroomwater runs away very slowly. Trip switch often trips if the air conditioning is on with anything else.
