No había desayuno.

Que te cobren un impuesto turístico cuando eres de España, que te digan que si no lo pagas te anulan la reserva dejándote en la calle. Una vez que lo pagas, las explicaciones del personal fueron ambiguas y el trato vejatorio.

La ubicación es muy buena, está muy limpio y la cama es perfecta

Te cambian la hora de check-in de un momento a otro, pone en el anuncio y te mandan un correo diciendote que la entrada es a las 13:00h y no es real. A escasas horas de entrar te dicen que la entrada es a las 16:00h. Cuando hablas con ellos no son nada agradables y prácticamente te dicen que es lo que hay.... Un desastre el trato

El piso es bonito y está bien situado.

Para 4 personas no es nada cómodo. El sofá cama es muy pequeño para dos personas y es incomodísimo, igual que dormir en el suelo. Hay espacio de sobra para poner un sofá más grande y de mejor calidad.

Good location in the centre of old part of the city

Distant to parking place, some equipment already broken - leaking water from the tap Staircase very narrow and inconvenient to carry language, I dont want to think what would happen in case of fire

ubicacion

no tenia persianas ni cortinas, solo un stor que si lo bajabas no se entraba luz y si lo subias te veian desde la calle. por las mañanas entraba muchisima luz y no se podia dormir
