Loved the private pool, if you got too hot it was ideal. Apartment was clean, well spacious and perfect for what we needed. Great communication from the owners, any questions asked they was happy to help and we also got to meet them. We Loved to walk nearby, many cafés, mini supermarkets and restaurants to choose from. We also walked to fuengirola nearly twice a day, which was about a 20 walk and once there, so many shops restaurants cafés and spoilt for choice.

Wish I learnt Spanish months in advance. Not many people speak English in cafés and restaurants but with Google translate it makes it a little easier.

Everything! It was absolutely perfect,spotlessly clean. The outdoor space was excellent,the plunge pool and BBQ was an added bonus..the pictures don't do it justice. The owner and his family were very kind and helpful. Looking forward to return next year!

Spacious, clean and private with all facilities on hand

30 Calla Rio Guadaire, Las Lagunas, Fuengirola Lovely two bedroom property on the outskirts of Fuengirola. Very spacious property, beautifully clean, comfortable, well decorated and well equipped (oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, TV, Wifi, aircon in living area and main bedroom, ceiling fan in the other bedroom, family bathroom with shower, hair dryer, ensuite with shower for main bedroom. Private patio at the back of the property with small plunge pool, a couple of sunbeds, table and chairs, BBQ and washing machine. Front terrace overlooking the road so not very private. There's quite a hill to walk to reach the property from the main beach/shopping area of Fuengirola and it takes approximately 30 minutes. You don't want to be doing it to often in a day. Buses to train station/bus station No's 127, 222, 223 €1.55 each way, bus stop about 5 min walk from property. A few supermarkets, bars, and restaurants within short walking distance. Manuel and his family are very kind, friendly and will help you whenever and with whatever they can. They gave me a cold beer on our arrival.

This is a lovely property however we need to make you aware before booking that there are two separate properties on the premises. We obviously miss read or misunderstood and thought there was only one. We saw the lovely top floor roof terrace with all day sun, pool and views on the photos on booking.com and thought it was perfect for us so booked it to find we had actually booked a ground floor apartment with no views and very little sun. We had been travelling through Andalucia sightseeing for three weeks and this property was going to be our chill out time for our last 10 days, so it had to be perfect. We were disappointed and quite depressed with the private patio. It was surrounded by 10 ft high walls and only got the sun for 4 hours per day between 10 am and 2 pm. We booked this apartment expecting a roof terrace with all day sun so we could sit out in the afternoons/evenings with our meal and a drink and enjoy the views over Fuengirola. Just be aware, if sun and views are not your thing then it's perfect. If its sun and views you are after, clarify that you are getting the top floor apartment.

Very comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen with modern appliances, top floor privacy, good and easy to use washing machine, very clean, decent size TV.

Wi-Fi speed could be faster, some construction noise from across the street during working hours (a temporary inconvenience)

The apartment was absolutely immaculate.top.notch furniture no complaints whatsoever.manuel and family where lovely people.

Very clean, everything we needed. Lovley terrace. Nice quiet area with a few bars, restaurants, and shops. Will definitely return.

Nothing the apartment had everything we needed. Maybe add a bathmat in the bathroom for when you get out of the shower, but we just used the hand towel.

The owner was a pleasure to deal with. We loved everything about the apartment.

Fantastic upper floor apartment with 2 large terraces. Hosts where friendly and helpful without fault.

Parking can be an issue. Also be aware the apartment is on the 2nd floor.
